Chelsea Fertility of New York City believes that financial constraints shouldn't prevent anyone from starting a family, so we offer a variety of financing options for patients in need of assistance. Unlike other fertility practices and hospitals, Chelsea Fertility NYC features an onsite laboratory and operating room, eliminating the need for additional admission fees and significantly reducing patient travel time.
We use a transparent, itemized pricing model. The actual cost of fertility treatment is based on a number of factors, including:

How much does IVF cost at Chelsea Fertility NYC?
Our self-pay IVF cycle fees are $8,900 for a Natural Cycle or Minimal Stimulation cycle and $13,900 for a Standard Stimulation cycle, each of which includes ICSI. A separate $1,000 facility fee covers the retrieval room and anesthesia, and a frozen embryo transfer is $4,000.

What's included and what's billed separately
The IVF cycle fee includes ICSI. The following are billed separately:
- Medications, billed through a specialty pharmacy rather than through our office; costs vary with your protocol, dose and insurance coverage
- Preimplantation genetic testing — pricing for PGT-A is available on request
- Long-term embryo and egg storage — annual storage fees run $1,000 to $1,500 per year depending on the package length
- The facility fee and anesthesia, shown as a separate line above
Do you offer multi-cycle IVF packages?
Yes. We offer pre-paid multi-cycle IVF packages: two IVF cycles for $24,000, to be used within a six-month period, and three cycles for $35,000, to be used within an eight-month period. These packages do not include medications, PGT, or the facility fee and anesthesia. Our financial coordinator can walk you through whether a package makes sense for your situation.

How much does egg freezing cost?
A single egg freezing cycle is $8,000. That covers the medical cycle itself; medications and long-term egg storage are billed separately, storage as an annual fee.

Does insurance cover IVF in New York?
Often, yes. New York State's 2020 infertility mandate requires large-group commercial plans to cover up to three cycles of IVF, though several plan types are exempt. We accept many health insurance plans and verify your benefits before you begin. Does my employer cover fertility treatment?
A growing number of employers now cover fertility care as a benefit, often administered through Progyny, Carrot, Maven, WINFertility or Stork Club. What your benefit covers is set by your employer's plan rather than by us, so we verify your specific benefit before you begin.
